Terms of Use

The rules of the deal.

Plain language. Last updated 2026-05-19. We try to be specific so that nobody has to guess what they agreed to.

1. The service

RealWall.live is a public directory of human-verified creators. Visitors browse a wall of cards. Each card belongs to a real person who paid for a spot and passed a manual human review. We do not produce content; we list and protect creators who do.

Every post a verified creator publishes through RealWall is signed with their personal ed25519 key and exposes a permanent public verification URL (realwall.live/v/...) anyone can use to confirm authorship. RealWall does not scan third-party platforms looking for copies, does not remove content from them, and is not a substitute for the enforcement systems of any of them. We offer provable origin; enforcement is the platform's job.

2. Your account and verification

To be listed you must register the platforms you publish on, provide a working contact email and pass a manual human review. A team member may reach out via any of the registered networks asking for the reference code we send by email. Once you reply with that code, your verification badge is applied.

We will never ask for government ID, phone number, real name, secondary email, financial information, or anything outside of your reference code. If you receive a request for any of those, treat it as fraud and do not respond.

3. Subscription and payment

A spot on RealWall.live costs $5.99 USD per month or $49 USD per year during Founder pricing (first 500 verified creators). The annual plan is billed once and covers twelve (12) calendar months from the day your spot becomes live. The monthly plan recurs each calendar month until cancelled.

Accepted payment methods: credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard and Amex via Stripe), Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not auto-renew. We will email you before your year expires so you can choose whether to renew.

4. Refund and cancellation policy

Read this carefully. It is intentionally specific.

Within 30 days of payment

Full refund, no questions, if you have not yet been published. If you have been published but choose to leave, you receive a refund minus network/processing fees. To request, use our contact form from the email registered on your account.

After 30 days

No refunds for the remainder of the paid period. You may still cancel future renewals at any time without penalty, and your profile remains visible until the paid period naturally expires.

Immediate removal request

If you want your profile taken down immediately, use our removal request form from your registered email. We process immediate removals within 24-48 hours. Immediate removal does not entitle you to a refund of any remaining time on a paid period beyond the 30-day window.

We are honest about this because some users approach digital services with bad faith and we want to set expectations clearly before purchase, not after.

5. Your content and your public profile

Everything you submit (avatar, name, handle, bio, registered handles) is yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to display it on the wall and your public profile page while your subscription is active.

The profiles you link to on third-party platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.) are public profiles managed by you. RealWall.live is not responsible for the content you publish on those platforms or any consequences that follow.

You control visibility on a per-platform basis in your dashboard. Platforms you mark Private remain part of our verification record but are never exposed publicly.

6. What we do not do

  • We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
  • We do not sell, share or trade your follower lists.
  • We do not acquire your subscribers on third-party platforms. Your followers stay yours.
  • We do not host advertising on creator cards. The wall is not an ad network and we have no incentive to manipulate visibility.
  • We do not block, censor or remove human-authored content from third-party platforms. Our enforcement is limited to deprioritizing duplicate content within our own systems and signaling attribution metadata to algorithms that accept it.

7. Verification and attribution: what we promise and what we don't

When you publish through RealWall, your post is signed with your private ed25519 key and exposed at a public verification URL. Anyone who clicks that URL can independently confirm the signature against your public key.

We do not guarantee that any third-party platform will surface, promote or deprioritize content based on RealWall signatures. We do not control TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X or any platform's ranking, and we do not scan those platforms for clones of your content. The product is provable origin; enforcement of takedowns and rankings belongs to the platforms themselves.

The signing and verification infrastructure runs continuously and may experience downtime or partial outages. Reports of partial coverage are not grounds for refund outside the 30-day window.

8. Bad-faith conduct

We have seen creators manipulate audiences against brands, services and platforms after refusing to fulfill agreed deliverables. Examples include receiving sponsored products, never publishing the agreed content, then framing the brand as the aggressor when the brand pursues recourse.

RealWall.live does not mediate disputes between creators and third parties. We do, however, suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • File chargebacks after the 30-day refund window without contacting us first.
  • Coordinate mass complaints based on misrepresented facts.
  • Use our verification badge to add false credibility to scam campaigns.
  • Impersonate other people, including AI-generated personas claiming to be human.

Termination in these cases is without refund, in line with section 4.

9. Liability

RealWall.live is provided "as is". Our maximum aggregate liability to any user, for any reason, is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (typically up to $72). We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost revenue from cross-platform algorithm changes.

You remain solely responsible for your own content, conduct, tax obligations and compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we will email registered users at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after that date is considered acceptance.

Founder Year pricing is locked for the lifetime of accounts that subscribed before we officially exit founder mode, provided the subscription is renewed without lapse.
